Practicing can be difficult when my dog thinks rehearsal time is actually cuddle/play time. Still, we persist!

I like to download our setlist on Spotify and listen in the car, shower, or while cleaning so the music gets stuck in my head. When I practice for real, I warm up and start with the trickiest spots. I mark them during rehearsal, slow them down, plunk the notes on my keyboard, and sing along until I can do it a ca****la, then with the recording.

My best advice? Go slllloooow at first, speed comes later. Happy practicing!
