Spring Valley Assisted Living

You’ve heard of Hungry Hungry hippos, but we introduce to you, Hungry Hungry Residents! The residents were excited to try something new today and got to get physical while still having fun!

Yesterday, our residents enjoyed a nice trip to Florence for lunch and some shopping! On our way back, we stopped at Heceta Beach and watched the waves for a while! The residents had so much fun!

On to the next adventure!!! 🚌

Did someone say, south of the border?! Tonight at Spring Valley, we will be dipping our toes into the sands of Mexico with a meal that consists of Chicken Tamales, Chicken Enchiladas, Elotes, rice and beans, chips and salsa, and churros for dessert!
