AWC UIS Communication Club

The Digital/Social Media Best Practices Event is cancelled. We apologize and hope to reschedule the event at a convenient time for students in November. Stay tuned for event updates.

The AWC UIS Communication Club is looking for AWC members who would like to help on Monday at 11 a.m. with a student run event for Springfest. We will be working with the Psychology Club and the History Club to present an activity, one activity per club, for students to participate in during Springfest.

Volunteers would be needed until 1 p.m., and will only need to staff the event, along with AWC Club president, Ken Pacha.

The event the AWC is offering focus on source bias and the misconceptions it fosters by offering quotes and sources to match them with. Anyone interested should contact this page, or Ken at [email protected]
