Penmac Staffing is hiring Heavy Equipment Operator’s for a local excavation company. This is a full-time, Monday – Friday, Operate excavators, skid steer track loaders and backhoe for land excavation projects in the Springfield Area. $22hr

Schedule and Pay
• Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–to end of day (some flexibility; occasional early finish around 5:00 PM depending on weather and project needs)
• Pay: $22 per hour

Requirements for Heavy Equipment Operator
• Minimum 1 year of experience operating heavy equipment, including excavators, skid steer track loaders and backhoes.
• Ability to safely load and unload dump trucks, screen dirt and dig and back fill foundations.
• Must be willing to submit to a drug screen
• Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Will work in the Springfield surrounding areas
• Prefer the operator lives within 40 miles of Springfield

Responsibilities for Heavy Equipment Operator
• Operate excavators, skid steer track loaders and backhoe for land excavation projects
• Load and unload dump trucks efficiently
• Follow safety protocols and maintain equipment in good working condition
• Assist with excavation tasks as directed by the manager
• Operation of Earthmoving and construction
• Experience operating excavation and site-preparation equipment
• Have a good work history and dependable
