I literally have NO CLUE what I’m doing, but after an ugly first week result, which still tasted amazing, I’m happy to say week 2 is an incredible improvement! About twice the height. I quickly figured out how to feed and care for it, but it was quite intimidating at first. Y’all, it’s NOT a steep learning curve!

I’ve struggled with severe gluten sensitivity for a decade, but I can eat sourdough bread. It’s fermented and good for you!

My life right now as I try to schedule interviews with amazing experts. I feel so blessed to learn from and share the wisdom of brilliant minds who think outside the medical industrial complex’s narrow-minded prescriptions.
