The 22nd Annual “Mister Chilli Man” Joe DeFrates Memorial Regional Chili Cook-Off is coming to Springfield, and we’re ready for a day full of great chili, great people, and a great cause.

Hosted by the Ansar Shrine Arab Patrol and the Valley of Springfield Scottish Rite, this longtime tradition brings together fellowship, friendly competition, and community support — all benefiting Shriners Children’s St. Louis and the Springfield Children’s Dyslexia Center ❤️

🍲 All-you-can-eat chili, hot dogs & competition samples
🏁 Daytona 500 on all TVs
🏆 Chili judging, raffles, baked goods & 50/50 drawings
