New Kindergarten Enrollment Event Monday afternoon!

If you have an incoming kindergartener or know a family new to Springfield, enrolling in Springfield Public Schools is as easy as 1-2-3.📋💻👍
Step One: Gather your documents, including student's proof of birth, immunization records, proof of residency (utility bill, lease), previous school information and parent/guardian ID
Step Two: Complete the online enrollment application at www.connect.sps.org
Step Three: Return to enroll! Take your documents to your school site.

🙋 Need help? Attend our in-person enrollment events with your required documents and we can assist you from start to finish! Any student can enroll at these events, regardless of their school:
Friday, July 17, 2026, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Bentley Administrative Center, 1610 E. Sunshine St.
Monday, July 20, 2026, 3 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Bentley Administrative Center, 1610 E. Sunshine St.
Appointments/RSVP not required - just show up and get enrolled!

The 2026 Hillcrest Summer Baseball Camp dates have been announced!
Camp will be Thursday, July 16th in the evening and Friday, July 17th in the morning. This camp is open to any students that will be entering grades 1st through 8th in the 2026-27 school year.

Below is the link to register for camp. Attached is the camp flyer with more information. We can’t wait to see all of our future Hornets in July! Please register by July 5th to ensure your camper’s t-shirt!
