Springfield Area Adult Day Services is hosting a People First Community Wellness Fair on Saturday, March 28, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at 266 River Street, Springfield — and everyone is welcome!

Stop in for FREE wellness services, including:

🚶 Balance screenings
📚 Helpful health and safety education
🍓 Light refreshments
🎫 A raffle for a 3-month membership to the Edgar May Health and Wellness Center

Guests can also tour Adult Day Services, meet our caring staff, and learn more about programs designed to support independence, wellness, and connection for older adults and individuals with physical or cognitive impairments.
