Steven Zhao’s latest deal is coming out of the ground on Plummer Boulevard in Chatham, near the High School. This project will have 24 units in a townhome/apartment mix. MEC provided the civil engineering services for the project and permitted the project through the Village of Chatham.

Vandenbergh Excavating LLC is installing the sanitary sewer for the 7th Phase of Panther Creek West. We are shooting for making the lots available early this summer. As you can see on the Final Plat (Preliminary), there will be 22 lots available.
