Dear Customers,
We are notifying you of a vendor related network outage that is currently affecting certain brand communicators. This issue may impact the ability of your fire or security system to transmit signals to the central monitoring station.
What You Need to Know
• The outage is external and originates with the vendor.
• Your alarm system will continue to function locally (detecting smoke, heat, intrusion, etc.).
• However, signal transmission to the monitoring center may be delayed or unavailable until the vendor restores service.
• We are actively monitoring the situation and will provide updates as they become available.
What We Are Doing
• We are in direct communication with our central station and receiving real time status updates.
• No action is required on your part at this time.
What You Should Do
If your system displays a trouble condition related to communication (com fail, fail to communicate), this is likely tied to the outage. Once service is restored, the trouble may clear automatically. If it does not, please try to disarm/clear your system like normal. If the system is not restored, contact our office and we will assist you.

We will send a follow up notification once the vendor confirms full restoration of service.
