The 2024 Missouri Bicycle & Pedestrian Federation Queen City Century was a great success! A special thanks to our ride host Mother's Brewing Company. The riders enjoyed lunch and drinks at Mother's after the ride! Our new host hotel, Hilton Garden Inn, was a great hotel partner this year. Thanks to A&B CYCLE for providing mechanical support for participants. Thank you to Studio 7 for our web work, and PiqueCo. for their great assistance in putting the ride together and taking care of the nuts and bolts of the event. Also, thank you to our partners the City of Willard, Missouri, Robberson Prairie Church, Phenix Marble Company, and the Willard Parks Department for allowing us to utilize their facilities for our event. Finally, thank you to all the volunteers for the outstanding assistance on the ride this year. The volunteers are the backbone of the event and it can't be done without them!

The Queen City Century stands as one of the region's premier cycling events, providing an unparalleled experience for riders of all skill levels. Commencing in the vibrant center of Springfield at the esteemed Mother's Brewing Company , the route leads participants away from the urban landscape and into the picturesque countryside.

2024 will be a great year with the QCC inclusion in the state-wide Six Pack Cycling Series.

The ride is fully supported with a mechanic on duty (thanks A&B Cycle!), roving SAG drivers will be monitoring the route all day, pickup in case of mechanical or other problems, and well stocked rest stops with snacks and water every 8-16 miles. The route is well marked on the road and electronic route files for your GPS device or the free app will guide you turn by turn.

With distances reaching up to 100 miles, the Queen City Century offers both challenging terrain for an early-season century ride with plenty of climbing, as well as a more accessible flat-century route for those who prefer a gentler incline. Shorter variations of both routes, anywhere from 10 to 100 miles, are offered as well.

Our Guided Tour is a 24-mile no-drop excursion that showcases Springfield's nationally acclaimed trail and bikeway system.

The Queen City Century is dedicated to supporting Missouri Bicycle & Pedestrian Federation's statewide advocacy work through the event's proceeds.
