I’m going to reprint a paragraph that I read in the NEA Today that delivers an important reminder for all teachers; one we often overlook in our busy lives.

Give some gratitude for yourself!

Please take some time to appreciate what you accomplished.
Breathe. Reflect. And then give yourself credit for the difference you made in your students’ and colleagues’ lives this year.
