Our friends Brad Small and Betsy Small were needing a nursery and a Master bedroom. . .so Brad went to work doing some demolition(FUN) (Pic 2). Scot Smith and I redesigned the existing floor plan, removed some walls, and created the living areas they needed.

I removed the fluorescent fixtures and added can lighting, under cabinet lighting and two pendant lights over the bar area. Also removed the acoustic ceiling texture and re-textured with a skip-trowel texture and painted the ceiling.
