Dr. Marie-Ange Delimon has a name for what Tech Foundry does. She calls us the Treasure Finders.

The people who walk into our classroom arrive having spent years in a world that hasn't reflected back who they are. Part of her job is to show them what she sees — and then wait for them to see it too.

Last week, she watched it happen in real time.

She sat in on a job-hunting session with our graduating cohort. Not mandatory — the students asked to be there. One by one, they worked through their elevator pitches, and what she heard were people who knew exactly what they brought to a room, who described their own value with clarity and without apology.

Halfway through, she caught herself thinking about roles we have open at Tech Foundry, and had to remind herself: they aren't interviewing here!

They're just finally starting to see what she's seen in them all along.
