Springfield Prep Charter School

💵💡 This week, our Middle Schoolers put financial literacy into action with Money for Life! Through interactive, student-designed, gamified booths, students explored how everyday money decisions can shape future opportunities. Topics ranged from budgeting, investing, and transportation costs to career choices, college debt, and more. Each booth challenged visitors to think critically and solve problems in a creative, playful way.

We believe these conversations are worth starting early and revisiting often. Building financial literacy helps students develop the knowledge and confidence to make informed decisions that can set them up for success in high school, college, careers, and beyond.

A huge thank you to our Math Team, Ms. Reid, Ms. Gray, Ms. Deleon, and Ms. Auger, for making this event happen, and to our Board members and community partners who joined us to ask questions, offer encouragement, and celebrate our students' hard work. 👏🎉
