Dress for Success of Western Massachusetts is looking for an Administrative Coordinator to join our team and help us empower women and gender nonbinary individuals toward economic independence.

This is more than an admin role — you'll be the first point of contact for the clients we serve, and an essential part of the heart of our organization.

What we're looking for:
✔️ 2+ years of administrative or office management experience
✔️ Strong organizational and communication skills
✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft 365
✔️ Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
✔️ A passion for mission-driven work
