Meet BJ Richardson!

Originally from Unionville, a small town in Northern Missouri, He started practicing law in 2002 and later moved to Springfield in 2004. He went out on his own in 2013. BJ loves being a resident of Missouri. BJ received his Juris Doctor from St. Louis University and Master of Laws in Taxation from The University of Missouri – Kansas City.

Richardson has had an impact on the Springfield community since his arrival in 2004. In this short period of time, he now owns, operates and manages The Law Offices of BJ Richardson, LLC. He was named one of the Springfield Business Journal’s “40 under 40,” became President of Springfield Business Connection (a chapter of Business Networking International), helped establish The Hamels Foundation, taught continuing education classes to local attorneys, taught undergraduate classes, and helped to organize several charitable events. His goal is to bring in a broad cross-section of the Springfield community to contribute and participate in charitable events.

He provides individualized attention, while masterfully handling each case with large law firm authority. BJ Richardson, the owner, is a very hands-on lawyer in Springfield, MO that oversees every aspect of each case, ensuring it is handled with precision. BJ’s experience and expertise give you peace of mind when it comes to your individual legal needs.

Meet Ken Childers! Ken has been a connector in the Springfield Metro area for 30 years now. As the newly installed Director of Development for Discovery Center of Springfield he now brings his two favorite positions ever to this role. As a multi station promotions director of radio stations and up through his 13 year stint operating a non-profit benefitting children's charities, Ken loves giving BACK to his community!
