What an incredible time our Effingham County 4-H'ers had at Rock Eagle last week!

From hands-on learning experiences and exciting activities to new friendships and unforgettable adventures, our 4-H'ers made memories that will last a lifetime. Whether they were challenging themselves, working as a team, or simply enjoying time with fellow 4-H members from across Georgia, every moment was filled with fun, growth, and discovery.

A huge thank you to our volunteers, families, and staff who helped make this experience possible. We are so proud of our 4-H'ers for representing Effingham County with enthusiasm, leadership, and positive attitudes.

Take a look at some of the memories we made along the way!

Drink Water, Georgia!

Staying hydrated is one of the simplest ways to support a healthy body and it has powerful everyday benefits. As part of the Drink Water, Georgia! campaign, we're excited to be in the community sharing tips and encouragement for building strong hydration habits.

Join Georgia 4-H Health & Wellness Ambassadors, Mackena Edwards and Madison Schroeder, and Georgia 4-H Science & Engineering Ambassador, Eli Usher, at tonight Springfield's First Friday celebration to learn more about the importance of hydration. They'll be sharing hydration tips, simple water-friendly recipes, and fun swag to help you stay motivated to drink more water every day!
