Let’s meet our Operations Manager, Kendra!

Kendra started with Brokate in 2017 as a Cleaning Technician and has now been a manager for 4 years and helps oversee and further develop our training programs. Seeing her at work usually means hearing a new dad joke or funny story. Outside of work Kendra is a cat mom and recently earned her 3rd degree brown belt in American Kenpo.

When asked what being a good leader means to her she said, “A good leader empowers those within their circle of influence. We should encourage each person's growth and development with the long term goal of the leader no longer being needed. This makes the whole team stronger and allows the leader to reach for their own personal growth as well.”

🌿🍅 Summertime is our favorite time! Our company garden is bursting with fresh veggies! Tomatoes, onions, garlic, bell peppers, jalapenos, basil, cucumbers and more for the team to snack on or take home. Plus, we love making Brokate garden salsa to enjoy at the office! 🌶️☀️
