Top: where we started.
Bottom: his “test drive” smile.

This phase isn’t the finish line—it’s where we shape, refine, and make sure everything looks and feels right before anything final is made. Bite, balance, and overall look all get a chance to be dialed in here.

Today I was able to finally close a chapter in my TMJ journey book! I am SO thankful to be out of pain and to have a healthy, functional, gorgeous smile that I can be proud of! I can’t thank at Springfield Smile Doctor and the wonderful master ceramist extraordinaire, Bob Clark at enough. Friends, if you are in pain or just want a beautiful upgraded smile, take the step. I promise you, it’s worth it!! I literally cannot stop smiling!

This is the night before everything changes.

A full mouth reconstruction — full upper arch in IPS e.max porcelain — sitting on the model, ready for tomorrow’s delivery. What you’re seeing is the result of months of planning, precise bite analysis, and a treatment philosophy that goes far deeper than how teeth look.

This patient came in with worn, short teeth and a bite that had been quietly working against her for years. Most people in that situation have been told it’s just cosmetic. It rarely is.

At Springfield Smile Doctor, Dr. Randi Green approaches every full-mouth reconstruction through a physiologic lens, meaning the bite, joints, muscles, and aesthetics all have to work together. When they do, the results aren’t just beautiful. They last.

If you’ve been living with worn, shifting, or broken-down teeth and wondering if something like this is possible for you, it might be time to find out.
