Making some decent progress on this entry level piobrairechd "The Company's Lament." Been fascinated by piobrairechd as a style for a while and getting my feet wet. Pibroch tunes are often described as being built up to a "crowning" but I see it more as a descent into madness as they seem like simple airs in the beginning but that is pure deception and you'll understand that once you've worked up to the crunluath variation if not before.
