Like when I had to get out of my own head after someone told me what I was doing was a scam...was she feeling good in her own skin and also helping others get to be their healthiest selves?! Nope! Was she seeing the financial burden rise after every weekly paycheck for our family?! Nope!

Like when I thought I’d never have abs or be strong after having kids...many moms told me (including my own), it is what it is! Wrong!!! We can always figure it out. Always.

Girlfriend... GET 👏OUT👏 OF 👏YOUR OWN 👏DAMN 👏MIND and you’ll get out of your own way at the same time!
.. stop overthinking it and setting those self Limiting beliefs (or worse, the beliefs of others) on yourself... and bust through them and go MAKE IT HAPPEN!
