🚨 E-Verify Is Back Online 📅 Starting: October 8, 2025 🧾 What’s Happening: E-Verify was down for a while. It’s now back up, and here’s what you need to know:
-If you hired someone during the outage, you have until October 14 to create their E-Verify case.
-Deadlines for fixing mismatches are extended—employees get more time to respond.
-Federal contractors get some breathing room on missed steps.
-Expect longer wait times if you’re calling support.
