Hi friends! I’m so excited to share about my first workshop in partnership with my friends at Essential Yoga! 🥳

Yoga Essentials, beginning in January 2022, will be a monthly workshop where we learn about props and their use, poses cued in many sequences and classes, and alignment basics to help us embody yoga in OUR OWN bodies, no matter what the person on the mat next to us is doing. My goal is for folks to leave feeling more prepared to tackle group classes and personal yoga practices in ways that feel supportive to each of us as individuals.
