This month, we're recognizing Blake Daher for the energy, initiative, and positive attitude he brings to the Buffalo Construction team every day.

Blake recently stepped in to support the Alexandria Wawa project and immediately made an impact. As Blake Williams shared, he jumped right in from day one and has been a tremendous help in keeping the project moving forward through his commitment to the team, the client, and the project.

That praise was echoed by Dan Fellows, who described Blake as a rising star within Buffalo. Dan highlighted Blake's enthusiasm, curiosity, and willingness to learn, noting that no matter the task, Blake is always eager to jump in, help wherever needed, and continue growing.

Those qualities have helped Blake quickly establish himself as someone teammates can rely on. Whether supporting field operations, learning new processes, or stepping up when challenges arise, he approaches every opportunity with a strong work ethic and a desire to improve.

It's that combination of humility, drive, and team-first mentality that makes Blake stand out and positions him for continued success in the future.

Our custom garage with craft room is almost wrapped up. We installed retaining walls and proper drainage, and now we’re smoothing out the grading for a clean finish.

Several finishing touches are underway as Lot 5 at Lakepointe Reserve nears the finish line.
