We work incredibly hard behind the scenes before even arriving to an event. Task lists, equipment packing, securing transportation, ordering food, prepping the food, scheduling staff, final meetings, and timelines are just a few of the details.

Patty, I just needed to brag on your team again! I am always just in awe at the level of quality and professionalism of your team. When they were out on Saturday, my team could not stop talking about how great they were and my team member that worked the evening shift was especially appreciative that your team sought her out and made sure she ate. She's diabetic and she was actually about to text me to bring her dinner because she wasn't sure she would get to eat in a plated meal situation.
And we also ran into a small fiasco with a water leak from one of our HVAC units, while I was investigating and trying to fix it, they were quick to offer me resources and make sure I was okay too!
It's always such a relief when your team is here, and the top quality food is always a bonus too!
