Spring Branch Kombucha

Some parts of running a small brewery are surprisingly simple.

Every 4-pack of Spring Branch Kombucha is held together with a recyclable cardboard can collar that we apply by hand with a press. There are automated machines that can do this, but for us, this approach just makes sense.

It’s simple. It’s recyclable. It works.

As we grow, we’ll keep looking for smart ways to improve without losing sight of what matters: making great kombucha, reducing waste where we can, and building something that’s meant to last.
