Across 4 outstanding seasons, Gornall established himself as one of the premier offensive players in both program and conference history. A three-time NE10 All-Conference selection, he played 133 games while consistently producing at an elite level, finishing his career with a .370 batting average and an impressive 1.104 OPS. His name still sits atop the AIC record book as the program’s all-time leader in both home runs (34) and RBIs (134), marks that have stood the test of time. Gornall’s dominance at the plate was highlighted by back-to-back seasons batting over .400 in 1998 and 1999, cementing his reputation as one of the most dangerous hitters in the region. His 34 career home runs also rank among the best in conference history, placing him 10th all-time in the NE10. For his exceptional offensive production, record-breaking career, and lasting impact on AIC Baseball, Gornall is being inducted into the AIC Hall of Fame Class of 2026!
