By uniting decades of innovation and expertise, this collaboration will expand our collective reach, deepen our impact, and enhance the ways we serve our communities.

We're covering everything you need to know about our Adult Family Care program, like expectations, requirements and eligibility, approval and application process, and what kind of support caregivers receive from Pathlight.
