Bring whatever you’re currently reading and spend a quiet evening in the company of other readers. Check out Springfield’s Silent Book Club. Unlike a traditional book club, there’s no assigned reading and no pressure to finish a particular title beforehand. The format is simple: gather, settle in with your book, and spend time reading quietly together before or after informal conversation with the group. Some people come to socialize a bit, others mainly for uninterrupted reading time. Both give you a chance to spend time with a good story and our Springfield community.
