We are proud to highlight Hannah Sylvester, BSN, RN, CCRN, and Joel Estomago, BSN, RN, for demonstrating exceptional clinical excellence while providing compassionate, patient-centered care.

🌼 Hannah Sylvester at Baystate Medical Center, was recognized for her extraordinary efforts caring for a critically ill 17-year-old patient in the Heart and Vascular Critical Care (HVCC) Unit. During a life-threatening emergency, Hannah remained at the patient's bedside throughout the night, expertly managing complex, lifesaving care with unwavering focus and compassion. 🌼 Joel Estomago, at Baystate Medical Center Wesson 3, was nominated by a patient who witnessed his remarkable ability to bring calm to a challenging situation. Through empathy, professionalism, and exceptional communication, Joel de-escalated a tense environment and ensured every patient felt safe, respected, and supported.
