Good morning, just a friendly reminder for all clients.
1) If you don't respond to my confirmation your slot will be filled. I'll also take you of the schedule.
2) All Venmos need to be fully paid the same day of cleaning or you'll be removed from the schedule and put at the end of the waiting list.
3) If you'd Iike to add another room or another service to your cleaning, I need 48 notice to adjust length of your cleaning and price accordingly.
4) It's summer time and that means vacations!!! Please let me know how I'll enter the home.
5) Cancelations - I need a 24hour notice. Anything within that time you'll be charged a cancelation fee. All fees need to be paid in full within 48 or removed from the schedule.
6) If you have a concern about the quality of your cleaning please contact me within 24 so we can work something out.
