SUMMER REFIT DANCE FITNESS STARTS MONDAY 5/18
5:30-6:30 pm
same dance studio!!
This is the class where your age and fitness level doesn’t matter. But YOU do matter. There is an inner happiness that shows itself when you dance. There are no wrong moves in here because you have the right to make your workout a party!
Solos are encouraged.
Back-row beauties are celebrated.

And if you happen to be in a GREAT place, bring that!! We take where we are and head due north with a head-to-toe dance workout that WORKS STUFF OUT.
