Pretty cool house, but I wouldn’t want to ever have to replace those light bulbs….

There is a possibility that a permit was not obtained for these steps…..the best part is that the owners daughter lives in the upper room and these steps are the ONLY way to get in…..oh, and the light outside the door doesn’t work!!

There is a reason they don’t make the Cape Cod style anymore.

Nothing says “no home inspector in my driveway” quite like this.
