🧘🏼‍♀️ 8 week Yoga/Chakra class starts next week on Friday 19th from 9:30-11:30am. ✨

Each week we focus on a different chakra and learn ways to tap into and support the different energy sources within us using yoga poses, breath work, crystals, essential oils and more.

This class is designed to have weekly small group discussions and time for journaling before our guided yoga flow which is designed around the chakra of the week - and our class ends with a restorative group reiki energy session.
