This was a hot one. I was contacted, through my Etsy account, on my way home today after work. Athlete has broken a record and the plaque is needed in hand by this Friday. Walked in the door at 4:30, got a couple of slate boards prepped with their top coat, flipped open the laptop and got a mock-up put together and shot it over to the customer. A couple edits later and I was engraving around 6:15. Everything is finished up and ready to ship out tomorrow (to North Carolina) via Priority Express, for a two day delivery.

This might be the quickest turn around I've had. If someone is giving me the opportunity, I try to do what I can.
