I’ve been sitting with something for a while, and it’s time to say it out loud.
Most money stress isn’t actually about money.
It’s about our relationship with it.
How we learned to feel about money.
What happens in our body when we look at our bank account.
The stories we carry about what money says about us.
From Jan 26–30, I’m hosting a free Facebook group experience called Money Map Sessions.
This is not about how to make more money, invest better, or fix your budget.
It’s about getting honest with how money actually affects you.
Cozy, reflective, thoughtful.
We’ll poke at some things, gently.
It might stir up a little yuck, but I won’t leave you there.

Just submitted another speaking proposal today!
Apparently I’ve decided that getting up on a stage and helping others shine with confidence and go after their big, slightly terrifying goals is a thing I do now.
Is it nerve-wracking? A little.
Will I be smelling ALL the essential oils and tapping madly before I get on stage? You bet!
But this work matters—and I’m feeling pulled to share it in bigger ways.
