Thursdays I was able to have a beer at the new location.The official Grand Opening is TODAY and trust me, you want to go check it out! and .authentic.eggrolls will be there helping patrons fill their hungry bellies in-between drinking 1 of 4 NEW beers that have been released.

It's always a blast cooking in the studio with you.
We cooked up one of our families go-to meals for a quick and delicious weeknight dinner, eggroll bowl 🥣 🥢
This is a perfect recipe if you want an easy, quick and flavorful meal.

1lbs Ground Turkey
2 tbs sesame oil (any oil will work though)
1 bag Cole slaw mix
1 cup shredded carrots
1 cup Soy Sauce or liquid coconut aminos
1 tsp Onion powder
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 1/2 tbs Minced garlic
2 tsp Ginger
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tbs Gochujang paste
* Gochujang will add spice to the dish

Directions-

1)Cook ground turkey until browned.
2)Add onion powder & garlic powder to meat.
3) In separate bowl combine soy sauce (or coconut aminos), minced garlic, ginger, Dijon mustard & gochujang paste. Wisk until ingredients are combined (or throw everything into a mason jar and shake it around like I do 😉)
4) Add sesame oil, coleslaw mix, carrots & sauce to the meat.
5) Cook until ingredients are softened and well combined.
6) Enjoy as is or serve over a bed of rice.

*Once plated I like to top mine with green onion, sesame seeds and Sriracha 😋
