💪🏻❤️ Lots of great shows are just around the corner! What a joy it is to see athletes I'm blessed to dress and support, honored and recognized for their commitment and achievements in the sport. They're on the poster, so therefore so am I with the stagewear we created together!




What a privilege it is to support ALL bodybuilding athletes in ALL federations!

💪🏻❤️ 10 years. That's how long I have not quit on my "health and wellness" commitment and journey. Transformations that go far beyond improvements in my external package. Movement, nutrition, and lifting heavy sh** is medicine for life!

4 years ago I committed to competing in my first bodybuilding show in the bikini division. An experience that opened doors I didn't know existed.

2.5 years ago I committed to making custom tailored suits for all fitness competition athletes. Mad skills that add to my tool belt of DIY mastery and creativity.

46 years ago, I was born.

Each and every year I experience extreme situations in my family and health that challenge my resilience, tenacity, grit, and growth. Those closest to us know and understand our reality, we get more than our share than the average bear.

Yet, I remain optimistic, almost always, patient, and focused on being the anchor in my family, as well a fierce and confident woman - proud of the diverse skillset I've acquired and built.

This year's accomplishments include:

🌟 growth in my custom competition suit making business (effie.fit, all social media and website work still also created and managed exclusively by me - hence lack of updates because I'm busy making suits!!! Thank you all for your support!)

🌟 certified as an Oregon Notary (because I needed another side hustle option!)

🌟 accepted as a photography contributor on Getty iStock images (I will always view the world around me with a special perspective and am finally sharing it, slowly but surely, with the world in hopes of earning a little through this medium over time)

🌟 advocating for my health (an ever changing state of being, chasing answers for multitudes of symptoms that I cope and manage daily just to "act normal" but never have been nor never will be.)

I'm proud of my diversity and adaptability, and of the woman I am continually growing into. Stronger every day.

If only I could go back and give advice to my 14 year old self...
