Friends of the Springfield Free Public Library - Union County, NJ

The Friends are excited to welcome back Risa Greiss and Jeannette Howard of Root to Rise Connect for an evening meditation program on June 18, 2026 at 7pm. Both are certified Yoga Instructors and Reiki practitioners for over 16 years. In this inspiring workshop you will learn basic and accessible meditation techniques to help you craft your own meditation practice. You will be gently guided and supported to begin on your own path to peace. No experience necessary!
