Que the Sunday Scaries!
Do you experience heightened anxiety or even dread of the upcoming week? Do you find yourself grieving the events or tasks you had planned for the weekend that went too fast? You are not alone! This is the Sunday Scaries: anxiety, racing thoughts, irritability, or a general unease about the week ahead.
Monday doesn't have to be awful. You can give yourself grace in your task list (starting tonight).
While you are soaking in the remainder of the weekend, consider the following:
✨ Pick one priority for tomorrow.
✨ Set out what you need.
✨ Do one thing that helps you feel grounded.
✨ Go to bed knowing you don’t have to solve the whole week tonight.
