We are pleased to announce the association of Melani Konradi, MD to G Street! Dr. Konradi will begin seeing patients in our Springfield office in January 2026. Please help us in welcoming Sarah Cooper, FNP to G Street! We are so happy she's here. Sarah comes to us with fantastic nursing experience and understands G Street well since she completed two family practice rotations with us while finishing her Nurse Practitioner training. Sarah is accepting new patients at this time and will start with us November 18, 2024.
