Congratulations to our Co-Founders, Kashawn Sanders & Tyrone Williams, on being honored as Community Builder Award Recipients at the Urban League of Springfield’s “Elevating Together: A Celebration of Youth, Legacy & Leadership” event last night. 🏆👏🏽🙌🏽✨

Through their work with Follow My Steps, Kashawn and Tyrone continue to create meaningful pathways for young people- providing mentorship, resources, and real opportunities that empower the next generation to lead with confidence and purpose. Their impact across our community has not go unnoticed.

A sincere thank you to the Urban League of Springfield for this recognition and for continuing to uplift leaders who are committed to building stronger futures.
