Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - In-Home Care

Location: Greater Eugene/ Springfield Area

Job Type: Part to Full-time, Flexible Hours, Part-time Remote Work – laptop provided.

Job Description: We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team and provide exceptional in-home care to our clients. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering high-quality healthcare services with a focus on promoting wellness.

Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients& #39; health status and develop individualized care
plans.
Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor and evaluate clients& #39; progress and response to treatment.
Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding health management and
preventive care.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care and optimal
outcomes.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client assessments, interventions, and
outcomes.

Qualifications:
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Oregon
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in home care or a
related field.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

We require a valid drivers license and insurance, as you will drive your own vehicle to scheduled appointments. Experience working in-home is a plus but not necessary. You will work hand-in-hand with our agency administrator to comply with policies and procedures. You can work in your office at our address or at your home with a provided laptop. We are located in the same building as Affordable Spas & Pools. Salary negotiable based on experience at $55-70,000/year. Sign-on bonus of $5,000 for the right candidate.

*Intake assessments of new clients and reassessments of current clients

*Delegations of medical tasks to caregivers

*Managing appointments of assessments and delegations

*Documentation of assessments and visit notes

*Caregiver training of procedures and usage of equipment

*Developing subject material for caregiver on-going education training

*Caregiver training for medication management

We are looking for the right person to fill a position for a night/swing shift Monday-Friday in Thurston/Cedar Flats. Experience with ADLs and a paraplegic client a plus but not needed. We will train the right candidate.

Are you a motivated, self-driven individual with patience and a kind heart? We are a newer health care agency with incentives implemented to retain staff and maintain high morale among caregivers. We are looking for caregivers desiring to learn new skills while working with people of all ages in the community who need tender, loving care.
