Our organic pork is slow cooked in a Korean BBQ sauce is topped with mozzarella, fine shreds of cabbage, green onions and is drizzled with a Gochujang dressing. This sits on our house made buttery fermented dough made with organic flour and baked in our wood fired oven. Approx. 12 “ pie. $16- Pre-order on farm website recommended, not required.
