I owe you an apology...

Please bear with me. I’m only one person, and I truly want to help every single person who messages or calls me. But the truth is, I wear every hat in this business. I’m the one answering the phone, scheduling, detailing the vehicles, ordering supplies, posting on social media, and trying to keep everything running smoothly.

I’m far from perfect, but I genuinely strive to be better every day!

This 4th of July weekend, I made the decision to completely unplug from work.. Yesterday I sat down and replied to about 20 messages, but if I still haven’t gotten back to you, I promise it wasn’t intentional.😞

If you’ve been waiting on me, please don’t hesitate to call, text again, or send another message just to make sure I received it! I will never be upset that you followed up! 🫶🏼

I’m also looking into automating parts of my business to help prevent this from happening in the future and make sure everyone gets taken care of more efficiently!

Running a business is incredibly rewarding, but it also comes with challenges. On top of that, I’m a single dad and there are nights when after working all day I have to choose between answering messages and simply being present with my daughter... I’ll never regret choosing time with her, but I also never want anyone to feel ignored.

Thank you to everyone who continues to support a small locally owned business like me. Your patience, understanding, referrals, and trust truly mean more than you know! I’m doing everything I can to build something I’m proud of while also being the best father I can be!
