We spent the evening enjoying flavorful. plant-based mexican food. From tender jackfruit melts to the dirty garden smash, the food was absolutely incredible, and the company was even better!

Whether you've been with us for a while or it was your first time, it was so wonderful to share a table with such a warm, compassionate group of people. This is exactly what the Springfield Vegan Chef Challenge is all about; great food, great community, and showing this city what plant-based eating can look like.
