Get acquainted with essential drawing materials, including pencils of different grades, smudge sticks, and kneaded erasers.
Learn the basics of shading 3-D objects.
Start understanding facial proportions and how to draw the human head.
Week 2: Enhancing Observation and Technique
Continue building on your understanding of facial proportions and developing value through shading.
Develop accuracy in drawing facial features through mirroring exercises.
Learn to draw from sight instead of memory.
Week 3: Focusing in on the Details

Receive individualized guidance and feedback from the instructor.
Compare your final self-portrait with the initial drawing from week one to observe your progress.
