Winners of the 2026 Wammie Award for BEST ROCK ALBUM: FEMI AND THE FOUNDATION. We are so honored to be a part of this project and so proud of our engineer, MARK REITER!

As we celebrated the 50th anniversary of Saturday Night Live, we realized a lot of the artists featured there over the years also came to our studios. Gil Scott-Heron for one. And, there are many more: Neil Young, Prince, The Chieftains, Robert Cray, Cher, Nils Lofgren, Dave Matthews, Ariana Grande, Macy Gray. We might have missed a few. Our 50th anniversary was November 1, 2023, so we are very honored to have connected with SNL in this way.

I’ll lead with the obvious and acknowledge that I am the least cool thing in this whole picture by orders of magnitude. That said, it’s always such a blast when .gogo come to Check out their Go Go Soul record from earlier this year. Total banger!

We had the distinct pleasure of working on the latest Nils Lofgren album. Nils brought the Howard Gospel choir to studio A with Mark Reiter tracking, editing and mixing for the song “Back In Your Arms,” a cover of the Springsteen song from “Tracks”.
