1. Request for Approval to Clear Background Checks
2. Full Payment of Deposits
Electricity / Lot Deposit
3. Receive First Month's Lot Deposit at No Charge upon Payment of Second Month's Lot Rent (inclusive of water/sewer and trash service with one can; additional can at $20 per month)
4. Responsibility for Disposal of All Remodeling Debris Lies with Prospective Tenant or Investor
5. Prospective Investor is Permitted to Sell or Rent Trailer/Tiny Home to Interested Buyer/Investor.
Prospective Tenant/Buyer Must Successfully Pass a Background Check and Execute a One-Year Lease Agreement with the Park.
